How many times have you caught yourself overcomplicating things? How many times have you created a headache because you made things harder than they should be? How often do you step back and evaluate where you are, where you’re going, and how you’re going to get there? Perhaps today is as good a day as any to retreat.
It’s very easy to get caught up in everything you do. It’s so easy to focus on the next thing instead of the most important thing. The hard thing to do is step back and take a hard look at exactly what you’re doing, how you’re doing it, and what results those actions produce.
When it comes down to it, you can boil down your sales success to the 3 S’s. You will enjoy sales success if you do just these 3 things right:
- Solve problems.
- Sell the solution.
- Serve customers.
How will potential buyers know you do these things? Would your current buyers say you do these things? In either case, how do you know?
What are your current sales results?
